This was a Roof I completed in Peachtree City. I felt really bad for my client because the so called new constrution roofer's left the roof full of toeboard holes. That is why you see the Plywoood removed from a barely ten year old Roof. We Installed GAF 30 year Architectural Shingles after we made all of the repairs to the roof deck.
Another fine example of the builder paying out very little and selling for a lot.
It's unwise to pay to much, but it is worse to pay to little. When you pay to much, you lose a little money that is all. When you pay to little you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot-it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest or low bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run. And if you do that, you will have enough to pay for something better.
The bitterness of a poor job remains long after the sweetness of a low price is gone.
